Rachel Zhu, Associate

Rachel Zhu works with global food and pharmaceutical companies to risk assess and protect intellectual property central to their businesses.  She focuses on structuring technology transfer as well as enforcing clients’ intellectual property rights in the food and life science industries.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zhang worked as a compliance adviser in a top drug company helping with the regulatory and registration issues. She focused on the regulation and policy updating and interpretation, and advised the clients on how to build up a pro-active approach to deal with the changes.
